This Youtube video clip uploaded on January 15, 2013 says that Chief Minister of Kachin State was arrested by Myanmar Colony Army along with 1000 others.
This video clip is about an interview with Ms In Hpan Jara, aged over 80s , who is one of the most respected lady among Kachin indigenious people and a staunt human rights activist and a devout christian.
She demands Myanmar Army to stop invading Kachin indigenious people and Kachin land. She also stressed on crime against humanity committed by Myanmar Colonial Army.
The old lady strongly asked the United States and United Kingdom who were the alliance of Kachin people during WWII to do something on Myanmar Regime.

Yeah, Burma is still burma their nature is killing innocent people, robbering, rapping, lying, but when the world knows their devill deed then they starting to blame others.
When they fight/wars with ethinic groups, they burn the villages, they killed tthe civiliaan,they shot the big guns in towns.
But they nature is still blame the ethinc Armed groups.
This habits is what they born with, the world mightbe believed them because they are very good at liars, as we knows the devill can do every evillness thing.
