To be honest I work in a Microsoft Office environment and I’m extremely satisfied of how things work in our organization. Today we are going to talk about one of my favorite Office 365 licensing plans and that is Microsoft Office 365 Small Business Premium. It is ideal for small or medium business because it offers tons of useful features that will make your employees highly productive and it will definitely improve their work quality.
What will you get using Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium?
You will get tons of things. The desktop and online versions of Word, Excel PowerPoint, Outlook, OneNote and Publisher are included in this package. You can work online on any document using OneDrive for business. Actually you can store every document on your OneDrive storage and the great thing is that you will get 1TB of online storage for each user. That means that they will stay on the cloud, you can’t lose them and you can access them from anywhere.
Office 365 Business Premium comes with Lync as well, meaning you can communicate with your colleagues, make voice and video calls, and create video conferences. There is a free Skype credit as well, and you can again share an IM or video call.
The feature Team Sites is another great thing you can do with your colleagues. On the team site you can share and work together with your team on documents or project. Every change is visible and that is how you can get the work done faster and better.
When it comes to emails and calendars, Microsoft Office 365 Business Premium ones again is the winner. Every user gets 50 GB of mailbox and can send attachments up to 25 MB. You can sync your calendar and outlook mail across multiple devices using the Outlook Web App.
Conclusion
This is indeed a great licensing plan. You pay per user and that is why I think it is an awesome deal for small businesses. It is very affordable and it has great value. Microsoft Office 365 Small Business is probably one of the crucial things to your business’s success.
