IObit Protected Folder Review

For the purpose of this review of the IObit’s software Protected Folder we have used it for the last two weeks. We are going to present you our honest experience and features. First of all we got to inform you that the IObit Protected Folder is a software that password-protects your folders and files from being seen, read or modified. It is a safety box that will keep all of your private information stored securely on your Windows device. You will need such software to protect your privacy, or to prevent data theft, data loss, or even data leaks.

Protected Folder is a light software tool. The installation process is easy. The UI is intuitive and clean, so you will have easy time looking for the features and implementing them. 

Features

First of all, the main function of IObit Protected Folder is to hide all of the folders, files, pics & videos that you want hide. If you hide them, no one will be able to find them, except you, no matter the search and scan they will implement. We used various scan software and had no success of finding files and folders that we already hidden with IObit’s tool. 

Additionally, you can block access to any file, folder or programs. You can add password protected folder that the others will see, but they will not be able to open, access, read or view its content. 

If you want to protect a document from being edited, then you can use the neat write protection feature. This will protect your files from being modified by others. No one will be able to change your documents without your permission. 

Privacy protection is the feature where you can store all of your important data in one file. No one will be able to access them without your password. With this feature you will be spared from possible data theft, loss or leaks. 

Using it for the last few weeks, we have experienced no problems whatsoever. This tool is extremely useful and highly functional. There are no viruses, adware or spyware on it as we tested it several times. The program works flawlessly in the background, it is light, clean and it works like a charm.

Our final conclusion is that this is another great software tool from IObit! Try it, and protect yourself from any unnecessary problems. It is easy to use, works silently in the backgrounds, it really protects your data and it can spare you from many unpleasant situations.
